These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the XLUXX website (xluxx.net), the XLUXX Trust Scoring API, and all related services provided by XLUXX, operated by Pablo Solorzano Cohen, Mesa, Arizona, United States.
1. Description of Service
XLUXX provides runtime trust scoring, reliability metrics, and security intelligence for MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, including a public API, a directory of 15,000+ MCP servers, educational content, and optional paid API tiers.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to circumvent rate limits, send spam or malicious traffic, reverse engineer the service, or use it to facilitate illegal activity.
3. API Usage and Rate Limits
Free access is rate-limited to 10 requests/minute. Paid tiers offer higher limits. You may not resell raw API data without written permission.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” XLUXX DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OR ACCURACY OF TRUST SCORES. Trust scores are algorithmic estimates — always perform independent due diligence before production deployment.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XLUXX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to XLUXX in the prior 12 months or $100 USD.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, AZ.
